Decided to make two more cards to use up paper from my scrap box.. Love the BasicGrey Wassail paper and have used it alot but I had lots of strips of it in my box . So made another card on the same lines as the Rudolf one.
Added this button as I got the lovely santa image free from the Graphics Fairy.
Really like Shari's acetate tree card on the Hero Arts Blog this week, as I have a huge jar of old buttons that I inherited from my mum , I knew I had to have a go at the tree design. I sprinkled some gold glitter on the wet glue to fill the gaps. The pink background was left over after making a card for Lucy's challenge not sure if the colours are really right together but I like the overall effect.
Thanks for all your lovely comments, they are really appreciated.

Lovely cards - I like the way you're using the lace punch on colored PP, and buttons, well, they're always a good thing :)
That's a beautiful card and a great way to use up scraps. Thanks for the inspiration.
Jane
I love the Santa image you chose! They came out great!
I like both, but particularly the Santa one. That image is so classic. And the additions you gave to the card (made from paper scraps) is just beautiful!

Lovely designs, both of them, Sally! Love that doily lace you used!!
Hi Sally,
These are both beautiful cards! I love that perforated scalloped edge on the red paper you used. I was eyeing up a Martha Stewart punch with a similar edge at Michael's today, I decided not to spend the money on it, but your gorgeous cards are really making me wish I would have bought it!! Thanks so much for linking up today, I can't imagine a lovelier card for that Santa image.
Beautiful cards. I love your take on the santa graphic. (I used the same one on my card)
