An ATC and a card.

I have become a follower of Jacquelines blog as I really love her soft romantic style and wanted to have a go myself. One of the themes at the Hero Arts blog this month is ATC's which stands for Artist's Trading Cards.  They are only 2.5 X 3.5 inches,  and are little miniature works of art, meant for trading.  I have only ever made one of these before so thought it was time to make another and I have tried to use Jacquelines style.  I have just bought some really pretty paper by Prima and knew it would be perfect.

I have stamped with the small dictionary greeting a perfect size for ATC's and then distressed the card with bundled sage distress ink.  Next I have added a paper pieced butterfly from the Antique Engravings set and also stamped part of the butterfly straight onto the card, added some pearls and that's it!!!

Here is a card I have made using the same style, I am pleased with the effect and will definitely be making some more cards like this!!

Yipee its the weekend, the forecast says its going to rain here, my garden really needs it as it has been dry for a few weeks now, so more crafting time I think!!!

Supplies:Hero Arts Stamps. CL479 Dictionary Greetings. CL383 Antique Engravings. CG2678 Art. CL430 Real Garden Petals. Distress inks and Prima Paper.

Gorgeous ATC! Romantic and definitely in Jacqueline's style.

The card has a vintage, but also modern feel to it. The lace is a beautiful touch.
