I was lucky enough to win some stamps from Hero Arts in their monthly challenge and the package arrived this week. I have been desperate to ink them up and yesterday I had some fun!! This card uses the new Tall Flowers, I stamped coloured with Copics and then fussy cut the flowers before adhering to the card edge. I am entering this card in the "Anything goes" challenge over at The Simon Says Blog.
The second card uses the Tweed patterned stamp as a background for this gorgeous die cut heart that my friend Linda sent me. I followed the spring card pattern from a Splitcoast stampers tutorial for the base, its a great design as it folds flat for postage and just springs up when you remove it from the envelope. I am entering this in the current Hero Arts Challenge "Fun Folds".
I am hoping to play with my stamps some more this afternoon. Have a great weekend ans thanks for stopping by.

Fussy cutting that flower stamp is genius!! Love that unique fold, too!! Beautifully done.
Beautiful cards, Sally, like them both. That fold is interesting!
I LOVE how the flowers extend above the fold! And that orange crinkly ribbon...totally gorgeous.
You have got to love something as intricate as the spring fold that still goes flat to mail! Absolutely stunning :)
Love how you uniquely used the flower stamp for a border Sally!
Love the way you used the flowers on the top fold. Can't wait to try it!
