Spring is in the air!!

At last I am beginning to feel better after my bout of flu and have started crafting with spring in mind!! I have made three cards for this months Hero Arts Challenge. This first one uses my latest favourite stamp the Etched flower and I have stamped it using my new Distress ink Picked Raspberry which is so pretty!  For the background I masked the edges of the card with low tac tape and stamped the Tweed Background with Old Paper ink.

This next card is really simple, made with Hero Arts Jumping flowers and Distress inks.  I went to a craft fair recently and managed to get the Memory Box Tessatina die, I have been after it for ages.  As you can see I have laced some ribbon through it for a different effect.

This last card is also for the Simon Says challenge this week which is to use a "Bit of Green".  I really feel my mojo is back now and am looking forward to more card making this weekend as its supposed to rain both days :0(

Hope you all have a great weekend and thanks for looking!

OOOOOO, finally got back to your blog today. I am on holidays in the Mojave Desert and not had access to the blogs I follow.

I have the MB T border and i love it. Thanks for inspiring a new use for it as well as the distress inks.

You make my day, craft inspiration-wise everyday I tune into your blog. I need to comment more often.....not too much, wouldn't want to be accused of stalking, hee hee
