Crafty time at last!

Happy New Year to you all, hope you had a great break, unfortunately I got a nasty cold just after New Year which affected my crafty mojo.  Hopefully its back now and I am feeling a lot better too.

I was lucky enough to win some stamps from Honey Bee just before Christmas and they arrived this week, I couldn't wait to ink them up and here are the two cards I have made. This first one has been coloured with my Zig watercolour markers, I loved colouring this pretty design.  I shall enter these cards into ABNH "Anything Goes " challenge and also the Simon Says "New Something "challenge.

The second design has been coloured with Stabilo pens and copics, the sentiment is from Hero Arts.
I have also entered this card into the LOVE -Handmade Cards flickr group challenge, "Anything Goes"

I just thought I would show you my other crafty project that I have been working on, a picture made from sea glass that I have collected from the local beach.  The beach near us is Lyme Regis and it is very famous for being on the Jurassic coast line, lots of fossils are found on the beach here especially ammonites  so my design is based on an ammonite.

Sweet card, Sally and I LOVE your picture! I love sea glass too, just wished I'd picked up more as a child (and kept it) as it's so much harder to find now. BTW, the Card Chain Challenge is back in a new format with Gail and myself minding the store for Deborah until she feel able to take over the reins again, Jo x

Both versions of the card are fabulous. I love the art work too. Sounds that you live in a beautiful location and what lovely way to celebrate that.
