Blogging Break

I am taking a blogging break for a while,  last month my lovely  husband was diagnosed with cancer and unfortunately it was very aggressive.  Sadly he  passed away this weekend.

I find card making very therapeutic  and hope to be back real soon .

I’m so sorry to hear of your husbands death and so soon after diagnosis. That is such a lot to take in and I hope your memories of life shared together will sustain you and that you will feel able to be soothed a little by creativity again soon.

Sally, I am so, so sorry that you no longer have your dear husband with you. My husband died 2 years ago from a rare cancer, and one day looking at Pinterest I came across one of your beautiful cards, which led me to your lovely blog. Though I do not know you, some days your blog was what helped me get through that day. I wish you peace and healing for your heavy heart, and I hope that you too will find solace in the kindness of others.

I'm so very sorry for your very sad news. I have followed you for some time and have so much enjoyed your cards and posts. I have sometimes wondered if I would be able to be creative again if the same happened to me. I hope you will be able to come back to it and that doing so will bring you some comfort. All the best to you and your family.
