Play Date Cafe #46

This is the colour inspirational photograph for the challenge at The Play Date Cafe this week  its colour splash week and the colours are:
'Color Splash' actually means 'black & white with a touch of color'.
What we ask of our color splash challenges
is that you literally stick to 'black & white with the
required splash of color' and this week, it's
pink, copper or gold"

As you can see I have chosen pink as my splash colour.  The outside white panel has been embossed with my new border folder.  I then stamped the Hero Arts Poppy Background onto black card and embossed with white. I cut with the oval nesties and glued on some pink seed beads to the flower head.

Just a quick post, back with more tomorrow!
Sallyx
supplies: hero Arts stamp CG140 Poppy background. Cuttlebug folder swirl border.

Wow, Sally, this is awesome! Great technique in that reverse stamping, almost like an X-ray! And that embossing is fantastic, I've not seen anything like that design before! It looks like it was made especially for your card. Super take on this week's splash, so glad you could join us at the Play Date Cafe!
