A Gift Set!

I needed a small gift for a friend so decided I would have a go at my first gift card set.  I was really pleased with the effect on this card so decided to use the same stamps, this time though I made a mask for the frame so these are almost one layer cards. I have just added the images to Kraft cards.

First I stamped the Old Letter stamp on the white card and embossed in white, for the five cards I have used five different colourways using various distress inks blended together.  Lastly I added the Hydrangea  and the sentiment.

To finish off the set I have made a Pizza Box using this tutorial, only before sticking together I used the spellbinders label die to cut a hole in the lid and added acetate for a window.
The front of the box is also distressed and stamped with Old letter writing.
Its a beautiful day today and we are off to a family barbeque, hope all my American visitors are having a fun holiday weekend.

Supplies: Various colours of distress inks.  Hero Arts stamps, S4878 Old Letter Writing. CG197 Old Letter.K5378 Hydrangea. CL342 Everyday Sayings. CL272 All Occasion Sayings.

The stamping is outstanding and I love the slightly striped texture on your kraft card. The presentation box is beautiful too.

Did your friend adore them? If you had given them to me, I wouldn't have used them. I would have framed them & displayed them in my home. They are truly beautiful!

fantastic! I foresee a lot of fun creating sets in the future.... I for one would be more inclined to buy a set than a single card, as I get more fun sending them out into the world!
