This is the Tuesday Trigger photograph for the
Moxie Fab World Blog, I love the rustic shabby chic look and wanted to make a Christmas card with a shabby chic feel.
Here is my finished card, the Kraft card has been run through a wood grain embossing folder and then lightly rubbed with Tea Dye distress ink. The circle background is made using the Hero Arts striped circle stamp and Fired Brick distress ink. I have then add a strip of white paper stamped with Canvas stripes and an Artistic Outpost fir cone image, the sentiment is also from Artistic Outpost.
Hope you are enjoying the weekend, unfortunately I have a cold which I must have caught from the children at school, so I am going to relax infront of the fire now and watch a bit of TV.

Great card!! TFS ;-)
This is great, wondered how you got the textured effect on the kraft card, love the little charm too.
Sally, I love your interpretation of the trigger photo. *sigh* The wood-like texture of the card base, the santa charm and red gingham ribbon and especially how you've slanted the sentiment against those peppermint looking stripes...genius design!
lovely card Sally. The red stripes are lovely and great idea with the embossed stripes
Beautiful job you did, Sally! I am stumped on this one! So I'm not even going to try...after seeing your gorgeous one (LOL)! HUGS!
Love this take on the trigger, Sally! So pretty with the red, white and kraft and I love that sweet Santa charm!
Kids, such little germ-sharers! Yuck. I hope you're feeling better soon :)
I love your take on the Trigger - perfectly red & rustic! The Santa charm is a fabulous touch, and I love the offset & different types of stripes. (Geez, that doesn't sound properly written, but anyway...)

Hi Sally! I do love that Trigger and your interpretation! That little Santa pendant is super cute! I hope that you are feeling a little better. It sounds so nice, sitting "in front of the fire", it's been a long time since we were able to do that!
Beautiful! Love the wine glass ring charm! Lovely rustic feel.
This is lovely, Sally! Absolutely love the santa charm on this- such a perfect finish!
