My daughter needs lots of Thank you cards for the end of term, she is a primary school teacher and there are always lots of people to thank at this time of year, so I set about making some cards for her.
Made this shaped one using an older Spellbinders die to create the shaped card and the cut a circle out of the front of one of the shapes and ran it through with an embossing folder from Cuttlebug. I then stamped and embossed in gold the flowers from the Spring Flowers stamp set by Simon Says colouring them with Zig markers and fussy cutting.
I then arranged them on the front of the card and added some pearls and the die cut sentiment, also from Simon Says.
I am adding this card to the challenge at "Lets Squash it" "Lets make some space and bring on the bling"
Also the current Simon Says Flickr challenge "Flowers". lots more crafting today as we have another wet and dreary day here.
Hugs
Sally

Another beautiful card, Sally! You have such a way with arranging the flowers on a card - I just can't do it! Thanks for playing again at Let's Squash It! Jo x
Beautiful cad Sally, love the pink and orange on those lovely fresh-looking flowers and the subtle texture is a perfect backdrop for them!
It's gorgeous!!
