Let It Snow!

I was inspired to use this Snowflake Die again from Hero Arts as we had our first snow of the year yesterday.  It was just a flutter and very wet so didn't lay but was very pretty.  This new layering die is so pretty and captures the falling flakes so well.  The white card has been embossed with a Tim Holtz  folder which looks a bit like a frosty window.  The sentiment is also a new one from Hero Arts and I have used it alot this year.  I am adding this card to two challenges, the first is over at Severn Hills Craft Blog and is "Inspired by a Christmas Song"  this card is Let it Snow and the Frank Sinatra version (definitely the best version).  The second is the challenge at A Blog Named Hero which is "Holiday Themed".

Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

This is so elegant Sally! I love the combination of white and frosty blue. Those snowflakes look fab with the background colour peeping through. And the sentiment is so stylish and ornate. Lovely card! Thanks so much for playing along with us at Seven Hills Crafts :)

I just got this set, in large part because of your work with these gorgeous snowflakes, Sally! Love this one, too!

High fives for being a Sinatra fan -- he really had the best christmas song renditions :) Thanks so much for playing in our Seven Hills Crafts challenge this month – I hope we'll seen you again with your creations next month!
