Die Crazy!!

Another busy week with very little crafting time.  I have however made this quick card for the Die Cut challenge over at The Simon Says Wednesday Challenge,  I decided to make another Shaker card using some fabulous little heart shaped sprinkles that I have had in my drawer for ages.  They seemed perfect for an Anniversary card so here we are.  The die is from Memory Box its called Ringo Tile and I do seem to be using it a lot lately, it really is very versatile!

Water Colours!!

Again I have been inspired by all the lovely water coloured flower cards I have been seeing in blog land and had to have a go myself.  I dusted off the old Hero Arts Hydrangea stamp and coloured it with some distress markers.  I then stamped onto Water colour paper and blended the colours with a paint brush.  It really gives a delicate look to the flower.

This card is for two challenges,  The Simon Says Wednesday challenge Spring Flowers  and the May Stamping Sensations Challenge Anything Goes.

Spring Flowers!!

Another card inspired by all the gorgeous flowers in the gardens where I live, I have embossed the Etched Flower in white and then watercoloured with my Distress Inks.  I have added some stitching with my machine and am entering this in the challenge over at Virginia's View Blog Challenge.

I am also adding it to the Simon Says Spring Flower Challenge.

Shaker!!!

I thought I would have a go at making another Shaker card, there have been quite a few around blog land lately and I have been inspired!! This is quite a simple one with no stamped images at all!!  Very unlike me!

I love the finished effect, so sparkly and pretty!!

Spring Flowers.

I saw this new challenge  at AtoZ Scrapbooking mentioned on the Hero Arts Flickr page and thought I would have a go, the theme is How Does Your Garden Grow.  At the moment my garden, and my neighbors gardens are full of beautiful spring flowers, so I pulled out my Hero Arts stamp "Blooming Meadow" and inked it up with my Distress Markers.  The dies are from Simon Says and Memory Box.  I decided to add my coloured panel slightly off centre to show off the Memory Box die.

I am also entering this into the May challenge at Stamping Sensations Blog."Anything Goes"

Here in the UK its been a long Bank Holiday weekend and the weather has been fabulous, so I am off now to sit in my garden!!

Engagements and Weddings!!

I am really busy at the moments making up some cards for my cousins, daughters wedding,  she has given me a list of various Thank You cards for the wedding party to include Bridesmaids, Best Men, Mums and Dads.  They are fun to make, but they are keeping me busy.  I have had time to make this quick engagement card however to take to a party tomorrow.  I have kept with a CAS card and just added the sentiment to the inside of the card.  I love this new Memory Box die called Ringo Tile, its so versatile!!

I am adding this card to the Simon Says "Anything Goes Challenge".

Here in the UK we have a long Bank Holiday weekend and for once the weather looks to be good, I am hoping to do some gardening and plant up some vegetables!!
