I love this flower stamp from Tim Holtz, the blooms are a great size and are fun to colour. To make this I stamped and masked the blooms to fill the corner of the card then used a rough watercolour technique to add the colour. I also flicked colours over the card base so the background isn't so stark. I then just added the Hero Arts sentiment carefully stamping it twice for the shadow effect.
I am adding this card to the Simon Says Wednesday challenge "One Layer". and the Less is More "One Layer" Challenge.
Its stage two of my birthday celebrations today and I am off to Pennyhill Park for afternoon tea with some girly friends, I can't wait!!

This is a lovely card. I think this is a fun stamp and haven't watercolored with it yet( though, that is why I purchased it ). So far, I've used colored pencils(Prismacolor) and it is fun to color! Thanks for sharing and for the inspiration!
