Christmas Gnome.

I recently went on a craft workshop in Devon learning about Gelli Plate printing, it was a great class and I was really inspired by the images you can create using simple household items plus acrylic paint or even Distress Oxide inks.  Of course I got home and ordered my own Gelli Plate straight away!!

When it arrived I had great fun making loads of card backgrounds with my Oxide inks.  This one uses Salty Ocean and Cracked Pistachio inks and a Snowflake die from Simon Says , I also used bubble wrap which creates a fabulous effect in the ink.

With this background I also ran it through my Crystal Distortion  embossing folder for added texture. I then die cute this cute Li'l Gnome also from Simon Says in this beautiful pool coloured glitter card.

Just a heat embossed sentiment and some sequins and a very simple card.  I am going to have lots of fun with my Gelli Plate!!

I am adding this card to the "Christmas Kickstart Challenge  "From my Gnome to yours" and also the SSS Flickr challenge "Anything Goes".

Enjoy your weekend.
