After seeing a few box cards in the internet I decided to have a go and make one using stamps from Heffy Doodle and Clearly Besotted and the tree die from Simon Says. I stamped coloured with Zigs and die cut my images. After making my box I then covered the edges and top with snippets of patterned paper. The back was distressed to make the cloudy sky using a homemade cloud stencil.
I really had fun putting this together, a bit time consuming but worth the effort and it folds flat to fit in a standard envelope.
I am adding this card to the current Christmas Kickstart challenge "Christmas Snippets" and also the Love handmade cards Flickr Challenge.
Have a great weekend.

This is lovely, you are clever, Sally! I think this style of card is waaaaaay beyond me but you've nailed it and no mistake. Thanks for joining Di and me at Christmas Kickstart, Jo x
Gorgeous Sally. A sweet box card.
Super card Sally! I do love these box cards, they really are a labour of love and take a lot of work, as I know from very occasionally making them. Someone is going to be delighted for sure!
